Our Process

Peace of Mind

We Do It Right

The most valuable thing we can give to you, as one of our customers, is peace of mind knowing we’ll take care of your aircraft like it is our own. Many repair shops are just shooting in the dark by replacing parts without an accurate diagnosis first. Others are cutting corners by purchasing the cheapest parts they can find to maximize their profits. We know you want your airplane back in the air as soon as possible. Understanding our process will help you see why we guarantee, we’ll do it right – – – the first time.

Our Process

Receive Aircraft

An aircraft usually arrives in one of three ways: Scheduled maintenance, mobile service to AOG, or customer comes in unannounced. Regardless, once received – we’ll treat your aircraft like it’s our own.

Diagnose

The most underrated and overlooked element of receiving an aircraft is the failure to properly diagnose. We detest the idea of “selling” customers and performing any repairs without verifiable data review and check under the panels.

Estimate

This is the most crucial element in the entire process to avoid surprises. We’re not too keen on wasting time through a back-and-forth paper process, so we verbally communicate and/or email a lot of our findings to customers. Without down payment and approval, we will not perform inspections or repair work on a customer’s aircraft.

WIP

Once authorized, our crew can start the job based on the work order. Under most circumstances, there are not many changes made to an estimate. We’ll keep you informed throughout the maintenance process to ensure there are no surprises.

QA Check

There are no excuses in quality aircraft maintenance. Once your service is complete, our crew will do a final check and review of repairs. Your aircraft will be safe, clean, and ready for takeoff.

Aircraft Ready

Invoices must be paid in full before your aircraft will be released. Upon receipt of dated and signed log entry for the work accomplished, your aircraft is ready.
